We have adopted Fanuc CNC to making electrodes, making some rough &auxiliary work before accurate EDM processing, which makes the processing much faster, then we can provide a decent delivery to our customer, especially for some urgent parts.

To fully satisfy customer's needs, we has well equipped Japanese Sodick slow wire-cutting machine, whose roundness error, linear error and dimension are much better than other wire-cutting machines. Our WEDM tolerances could be 0.002-0.005mm.

With 4 sets of Sodick EDM from Japanese and 2 sets of QUN JI EDM from TAI WAN, Our Discharge processing tolerances can be guaranteed within ±0.005 mm. Discharge clearance angle can be guaranteed to 0.03. Also, we can make parts with mirroring EDM if necessary.

To meet customers' demands, we introduced Taiwan grinding machines to ensure tight tolerances for some inserts. With experienced working stuff, we have stable quality control for every procedure. Our grinding tolerance for special requested parts could be: ±0.001mm.
